COME JOIN US!
We’re seeking vendors to join us October 4th for a day of food, fun, and festivities!
We’re more than just music & food! Vendors at the Spruce Pine BBQ Festival sell arts, crafts, t-shirts, doo-dads, …you name it, you’ll find it available here! You can reach a diverse audience of families, foodies, music fans, locals, and visitors from all over the region. For the past decade, we have welcomed thousands to enjoy a day of music, food & fun.
It’s is a prime opportunity for vendors to sell their wares in a safe, welcoming environment which also happens to take place at the best time of year to be in the mountains…the early fall!
The deadline for applications is August 30, 2026, but we suggest that you apply early for the best options for your booth location. Space is limited and Festival spots are going fast.

Vendor registrations are now fully online, with fee payments also submitted electronically via Square. Just fill in the online form…it’s that easy!

Food Vendors
The Spruce Pine Rotary Club wants to make the experience for our food vendors a successful one. Therefore, we are screening our food vendors in an effort to provide variety of items for sale and to give opportunities for our vendors to have a successful festival.

Non-Food Vendors
We are currently taking applications for non-food vendors (this also includes non-profit agencies, industries, and other organizations who would like booth space at the Festival. Click/Tap the button below for more information and to submit your application and pay fees for your spaces.
What Am I Allowed to Sell?
Non-food products are handmade crafts, handmade jewelry, farm products, etc. If you have a question about whether your product meets our criteria email us at info@sprucepinebbq.org.
